Sales Operations Analyst 3
**Job Description** Complex Deals Commercial Manager responsible for collaborating with Sales on intricate, high-value professional services and managed applications services deals. This role requires a combination of legal expertise, business acumen, and strong negotiation skills to ensure that deal structure meet the needs of all parties involved, while minimizing risk and ensuring compliance with Oracle business practices and company policies. This role will work closely with sales, solution architects, product management, legal, and risk management teams to ensure that pricing and contract structure/terms align with the Oracle’s pricing policies, business practices and customer requirements. **Responsibilities** **Key Responsibilities:** + Complex Contract Drafting and Legal Partnership: Drafting complex, nonstandard contract language for a variety of ordering documents and master agreements. Collaborate with the legal department to refine contract provisions and ensure terms are both favorable and compliant. + Interpret Deal Requirements: Interpret customer and sales requirements and translate them into comprehensive contractual frameworks ensuring all business, operational, and compliance factors are considered. + Contract Structuring: Collaborate across functional teams (Sales, Product Management, Legal, Solution Architecture, Risk Management, Deal Management) to ensure contractual terms, structure, and pricing are aligned with Oracle policies and customer needs.Evaluate and recommend contract structuring options, negotiation strategies, and tailor terms to best meet customer objectives while protecting Oracle’s risk profile, and compliance requirements. + Complex Contract Drafting and Legal Partnership: Drafting complex, nonstandard contract language for a variety of ordering documents and master agreements. Collaborate with the legal department to refine contract provisions and ensure terms are both favorable and compliant. + Internal Stakeholder Communication: Provide strategic assistance to sales by clearly communicating and advocating for deal-specific contract and pricing positions to internal stakeholders, facilitating alignment and enabling successful deal outcomes. + Contract Management: Oversee and manage the full contract lifecycle, from initial structuring, drafting, and negotiation through to final execution and closeout. + Internal Guidance: Provide guidance to sales with understanding contract terms, including commercial, legal, and compliance considerations. **Required Qualifications:** + Education: + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, English or a related field. + Experience: + 5+ years of experience negotiating and drafting complex professional services agreements, preferably within the Software or Technology industries. + Proven experience with Cloud agreements and Managed Services contracts. **Certifications (preferred):** + Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) + Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) Career Level - IC3 **About Us** Only Oracle brings together the data, infrastructure, applications, and expertise to power everything from industry innovations to life-saving care.
