**Sales Operations: Content & Knowledge Manager** **Role Overview:** We're seeking a driven and detail-oriented individual to support NTT DATA's UK and Ireland sales organization in this content and knowledge management role. The ideal candidate will be articulate and possess strong project management skills. **Responsibilities:** + **Content Organization:** Collect, consolidate, and organize information in various formats (documents, images, multimedia files, etc.) from subject matter experts. + **Platform Management:** Manage the organization and publishing of these artifacts to our centralized platforms: SharePoint, Highspot, Ema, and others. + **User Experience Enhancement:** Create content and develop platform site, style and layout with a consistent look and feel to ensure a better user experience. + **Brand Consistency:** Deliver polished information that adheres to our processes and governance, ensuring consistent branding. + **Content Management:** Oversee the lifecycle of the artifacts so that they remain current.
