Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing sales strategies and plans for your assigned territory
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and leads
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Providing excellent customer service and support
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Reporting on sales performance and market trends
- Collaborating with other sales managers and cross-functional teams

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Outdoor Furniture sector
- Willing to travel regularly to Europe, to visit existing and future clients
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- A customer-oriented and results-driven mindset
- A high level of initiative, self-motivation and accountability
- Proficiency in MS Office
