What You Will Do
As our Sales Desk Manager, you will:
Lead, coach, and energize the sales team to exceed goalsWork the desk with strong closing acumen to finalize deals quickly and profitablyDrive a culture of urgency, accountability, and consistent performanceDevelop strategies that grow sales volume and profitability month after monthManage inventory and ensure the right product mix is showcased and soldPartner with the F&I team to ensure seamless deal flow and customer satisfactionBuild strong customer relationships that create loyalty and repeat businessChampion the dealership’s standards and keep the team sharpWhat We Are Looking For
