Join Roche, where every voice matters. **The Position** **At Roche, we are driven by our purpose to innovate science and ensure healthcare access for generations to come** **.** **We create a world where we all have more time with the people we love** **.** **This role is a unique opportunity to** **lead our commercial impact in Uruguay** **, fostering strong relationships and sustainable growth within the Insulin Therapy Solutions division** **.** **As a key member of the South American Network (SAN) leadership team, you will shape the local strategy and empower a high-performing team to deliver world-class solutions for patients** **.** **The Opportunity** **Define and execute** **the sales budget for Uruguay, ensuring the achievement of commercial priorities and long-term business sustainability** **.** **Lead and manage** **the commercial strategy for Uruguay in alignment with SAN priorities and marketing initiatives** **.** **Establish effective local tactics** **to foster solid relationships with customers and business partners while ensuring efficient resource use** **.** **Provide business visibility** **to senior leadership by tracking market trends, competitor activities, and the implementation of business plans** **.** **Collaborate with cross-functional teams** **including Portfolio Leads and Sales Specialists to address market barriers and prioritize business focus** **.** **Guide and mentor** **the Uruguay sales squads, providing training in Commercial Excellence and corporate sales tools** **.** **Drive team performance** **as a VACC leader (Visionary, Architect, Catalyst, Coach) by conducting coaching and mentoring to support individual career growth** **.** **Who you are** **- You hold a university degree in Health Sciences or Business Management** **.** **- You possess more than 5 years of experience in the** **Healthcare industry** **, ideally within the Diagnostics sector** **.** **- You have a proven track record in** **managing high-performance sales teams and distributor relationships** **.** **- You are fluent in both Spanish and** **English** **with excellent interpersonal and C-level presentation skills** **.** **- You demonstrate strong proficiency in IT tools & salesforce.** **Preferred:** **You** **are characterized by a collaborative, independent working style and a high level of social competence** **.** **You** **have a strong understanding of market dynamics and the ability to define and achieve strategic goals through high initiative** **.** **The position must be based in Montevideo, Uruguay, and report to the Head of Sales of SAN based in Argentina.** **Who we are** A healthier future drives us to innovate.
