Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives across the Eastern United States. This position requires a strategic thinker who can develop innovative sales strategies, cultivate strong client relationships, and analyze market trends to drive growth. You will play a pivotal role in setting sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Formulate and execute strategic plans for the assigned territory to ensure sales targets are met and surpassed. Collaborate with other regions to develop best practices and foster a team-oriented environment. Establish sales targets, monitor progress, and provide detailed reports to management, taking corrective action when necessary. Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and channel partners to drive loyalty and secure new business. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and new opportunities for growth and expansion. Evaluate sales initiatives to enhance performance and address underperforming areas. Coordinate with manufacturing to ensure products meet customer specifications and oversee process improvements. Resolve escalated customer issues efficiently and effectively.Requirements:
Willingness to travel up to 50% within the sales region, with some international travel and attendance at trade shows. Proven ability to manage large client accounts and implement process improvements and pricing methodologies. Self-motivated and independent, with the judgment to seek assistance when needed. In-depth knowledge of HVAC products, including equipment and sheet metal, and the production process.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or a related field. 3-5 years of sales experience, with a strong emphasis on HVAC products and production. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make effective recommendations. Excellent interpersonal skills for communication and presentation to management and clients. Superior written and verbal communication abilities.Compensation: $90,000 - $125,000 annually
