**About this Job:**
This role needs someone who is **self-driven** with a **successful sales history of at least 3-5 years.** If you have experience in the **Commercial Cleaning Industry, that is strongly desired.** You will work with and help grow an existing pipeline of prospective clients in the Central Atlantic area including Frederick, Howard, and Montgomery Counties, as well as parts of Northern Virginia and South-central Pennsylvania. You will be expected to travel to meet with prospects within a 50-mile radius of the company's headquarters in Frederick, MD.
Your **ability to learn and maintain a CRM** that includes prospects, and existing clients will help you get up to speed quickly in this role. Diligent and accurate CRM maintenance will ensure your long-term success. Your ability to build genuine and lasting client partnerships for a company that has built an exceptional customer service model over the last two decades. **Best Candidates will have:**
+ Demonstrated experience in identifying and providing solutions to C-level decision makers.
+ Experience with nurturing relationships through a long sale cycle.
+ Track record of closing new contracts by identifying opportunities, providing solutions, and overcoming objections.
+ Have experience as a community networker who enjoys meeting and connecting with people.
+ The ability to build relationships with integrity to maintain our standing as an industry leader.
+ Live in the 50-mile radius sales territory.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Excellent listening skills with strong emotional intelligence.
