KEY RESPOSIBILITIES
* Primary job responsibility is to close sales, research new accounts & sales opportunity, maintain existing account. Responsible for planning, implementing, managing and overseeing dedicated areas' sales strategy and operations.
* People management for encouraging individual sales reps to achieve their objectives and perform field activities well
* Develop and deliver a sales strategy in line with organizational business objectives in terms of volume and profit.
* In line with business strategy, lead, motivate and measure the performance of the dedicated sales team/area to ensure individual and team budgets and objectives are achieved.
* Develops and executes sales strategies and incentive programs to achieve goals.
* Works with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Technical Service, Medical Affairs, Sales Management, Business Excellence, SCM, etc. to develop effective sales resources such as CRM, promotion materials/tools and messaging.
* Manages regular sales meetings for the dedicated area. Tracks prospect status, sales activity and closings. Reviews progress against monthly and annual revenue goals.
JOB QUALIFICATION
* BS Degree and above (with Masters or MBA preferred)
* At least 8-10 years and more in relevant experience in sales manager role in healthcare industry
* Proven record of successful deals, Good knowledge of sales industry in healthcare area
* Detail oriented with ability to multi‐task. Organizes work activities to maximize efficiency, provide clarity and set expectations.
* Proven leadership skill in building and managing team
* Excellent sales expertise, including strong negotiating and closing skills.
* Exceptional relationship management abilities.
