Job DescriptionWe’re hiring a Sales Manager to drive growth for our Bosch Partner IoT portfolio (devices + platform + services). You will own the full sales cycle, build a predictable pipeline, close strategic deals, and expand partner channels across sectors such as logistics, ports, customs, and enterprise operations.
What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → solution design → proposal → negotiation → closingBuild and manage a healthy pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts with strong CRM disciplineSell consultatively to B2B/B2G stakeholders across multi-decision-maker accountsLead pilots/PoCs and convert them into scaled deployments and long-term contractsDevelop partner channels (system integrators/resellers) and drive joint go-to-market opportunitiesCoordinate with product, engineering, and operations to ensure smooth delivery and customer successMonitor market/competitor activity and translate insights into account and territory strategiesQualificationsWhat We’re Looking For
8+ years of B2B sales experience (IoT, hardware + SaaS, telecom, security, industrial tech preferred)Demonstrated success hitting targets and closing complex, long-cycle dealsStrong negotiation, storytelling/presentation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to lead customer workshops, discovery sessions, and executive-level meetingsFluent English (Arabic is a plus); willingness to travel as neededNice to Have
Experience selling into government entities (B2G), tenders, and RFPsPartner/channel sales experience with system integrators and resellersSolid understanding of IoT fundamentals (connectivity, sensors, dashboards, APIs, deployments)Success Looks Like
