What will I be doing?
You’ll be the face of our hotel in the local market, building meaningful business connections and driving revenue across all streams.
Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to uncover new business opportunities
Develop and grow customer accounts, actively traveling within the local area to generate business for the hotel and increase market share
Negotiate room rates and corporate packages with clients
Create and implement innovative local marketing initiatives, including social media-driven opportunities
Prepare company contracts in line with current business strategies and pricing conditions
Identify new opportunities while working within existing business strategies
Collaborate closely with other hotel departments to ensure an exceptional Guest experience and strong, integrated sales programs
Attend sales events, networking functions, and industry gatherings as needed
Produce accurate and timely sales reports for the Sales Director and senior management (appointments, calls, leads, performance tracking)
Respond to customer inquiries promptly, professionally, and with a solutions-oriented mindset
What are we looking for?
A Sales Executive serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
Strong knowledge of the local Istanbul market
Positive attitude with strong communication and negotiation skills
Passion for building relationships and representing the hotel externally
Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with reporting and targets
Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
Previous experience within Hilton Hotels is an advantage
