We are seeking a talented individual to join our Sales team at Mercer. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Sales Executive at Mercer you will be asked to learn complex lines of business and develop sales strategies that create dynamic product offerings that solve some of the most critical challenges facing employers in healthcare, financial security, and career development.
You’ll integrate the Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) team. MMB offers a range of services and solutions designed to help organizations manage and optimize their employee benefits programs. focused on areas such as health and wellness, retirement, and other employee benefits packages, tailoring solutions to the needs of each organization.
We will count on you to:
Report directly to MMC's Portugal Business Development Team Leader;Proactively identify, target, and develop new business opportunities;Support with the commercial proposals and lead generation;Engage with HR, finance, and other decision-makers to understand their employee benefits needs and challenges;Identification and development of sales strategies;Global and European sales network development;Prepare, manage and analyze sales pipeline reports - CRM Salesforce;Prospecting campaigns for new business - market segmentation;Development of commercial presentations for MMCActive integration of Sales and Marketing activity.
What you need to have:
Degree in Management, Economics, Engineering or similar;2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably within employee benefits, insurance, or related industries;Good Microsoft Office tools skills;English proficiency (C1 level);Great communication and interpersonal skills;Results and business oriented;Flexible and a fast learner.
