You will act as a focal point for customers in technical and commercial negotiations, ensuring solutions that maximize value and ROI. **Responsibilities:** + Direct reservation levels to meet and/or exceed the assigned goal. + Maintain regular and planned communication with key customers in the region (RS and SC). + Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with regional objectives. + Act as the main contact for all businesses, ensuring complete service (proposals, deliveries, repairs, quality, warranty claims). + Educate customers about product quality, features, and applications by conducting presentations and technical demonstrations. + Collaborate with application engineers, customer service, and manufacturing to ensure that customer needs are met. + Manage proposal processes, ensuring technical and commercial competitiveness. + Demonstrate financial acumen to discuss ROI and commercial decisions with customers. + Maintain organized records (reports, quotes, status, expenses). + Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a strong focus on results. + Availability for frequent travel within the region and customer visits. + Some physical activity required (walking in large plants, climbing stairs). + Other duties as assigned **Requirements:** + Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. + Residence in Triunfo or the Metropolitan Region of Porto Alegre/RS + Good communication skills in English + Experience in the oil and gas, energy, paper, and chemical industries, including familiarity with the API 610 standard + Minimum of 3 years in technical sales, preferably with rotating equipment (pumps, mechanical seals). + Experience in planning, controlling, or executing projects and contracts **Preferred:** + Experience as a Service Technician (desirable) + PMP certification (desirable) + Advanced English Flowserve is a world-leading manufacturer and aftermarket service provider of comprehensive flow control systems.
