Buscamos un/a Comercial para nuestro negocio MTA con amplia experiencia en el sector industrial. La persona seleccionada tendrá un enfoque pragmático en el terreno. Buscamos un/a profesional proactivo/a, capaz de desarrollar su región e implementar estrategias comerciales que impulsen el crecimiento y la eficiencia de la organización.
**Responsabilidades clave:**
+ Ejecutar la estrategia comercial alineada con los objetivos corporativos en la zona Este de España.
+ Establecer objetivos de ventas y desarrollar planes para alcanzarlos.
+ Representar a la empresa en reuniones y eventos del sector.
+ Garantizar altos niveles de satisfacción y fidelización de los clientes.
+ Mantener un enfoque constante en alcanzar y superar los objetivos comerciales.
+ Capacidad para establecer relaciones sólidas y eficaces con clientes, colaboradores y otros departamentos, facilitando la cooperación y el trabajo en equipo.
+ Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y desarrollo de negocio en el mercado.
+ Anticipar tendencias y adaptar las estrategias comerciales cuando sea necesario.
**Cualificaciones y habilidades:**
+ Se valora formación en Ingeniería o Grado en Administración de Empresas, Marketing o Ventas.
+ Mínimo 5-10 años de experiencia en el sector industrial.
+ Experiencia en la venta de equipos y servicios para la industria.
+ Conocimientos de refrigeración industrial / HVAC.
+ Alto nivel de proactividad y orientación a resultados.
+ Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales para construir relaciones.
+ Fuertes habilidades de negociación y resolución de problemas.
**Position Overview:**
We are looking for a Sales Person for our MTA business with extensive experience in the industrial sector. The selected person will have a pragmatic approach in the field. We are looking for a proactive professional, capable of developing his/her region and implementing commercial strategies that drive the growth and efficiency of the organization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
· Execute the commercial strategy aligned with corporate objectives in Spain East area.
· Set sales objectives and develop plans to achieve them.
· Represent the company at meetings and industry events.
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
· Focus on achieving and exceeding commercial goals.
· Aptitude to establish strong and effective relationships with clients, collaborators and other departments, facilitating collaboration and teamwork.
· Ability to identify opportunities for growth and business development in the market.
· Anticipating trends and adapting commercial strategies as necessary.
**Qualifications and Skills:**
· Engineer or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Sales is desirable.
· Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the industrial sector.
· Experience in the sale of equipment and services to the industry.
· Knowledge of industrial refrigeration / HVAC
· High level of proactivity and goal-oriented.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.
· Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
