Sales Engineer/Account Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking an Account Manager to join their dynamic team. As an Account Manager, you will be an integral part of the department supporting various teams. Pay Range: $70,000 - $90,000

Manage and develop client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams Identify opportunities for growth and upselling within existing accounts Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports for stakeholders

Proven experience in account management or related roles Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to analyze data and develop strategic insights Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
