Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:

·        You will promote and propose Trane Chiller & Equipment to building consultants and contractors

·        Responsible for developing long term customer relationships

·        Building close business relationship with customers especially key accounts

·        Maximizing account penetration and customer retention

·        Identify potential opportunities & develop solutions with existing & new customers

·        Update forecast timely into the system

·        Negotiates value, addresses resistance, and close the sales. Differentiates & made Trane as preferred supplier

·        Any other duties as assigned from time to time

·        You also need to ensure all works carried out in accordance with the specified quality and EHS standards.

Requirement:

·        Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or its equivalent

·        1-2 years in Engineering sales, experience in HVAC industry will be a plus

·        Customer driven with excellent communication & interpersonal skills

·        Candidates with the relevant education qualifications but no prior work experience is welcome to apply
