Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to support the adoption and growth of Google's Gemini AI across B2B Clients. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to identify, document and scale Gemini Use-Cases that drive Operational Efficiency and Innovation for our Clients. You will play a key role in increasing Gemini adoption by developing use-case documentation, measuring usage and impact. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing best practices, developing use cases, and driving improvements in sales outcomes, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Collaborate with Delivery Teams, Clients and Internal Teams to identify AI use cases aligned with Gemini's capabilities.
+ Create clear, repeatable documentation for AI use cases including expected outcomes
+ Track usage, performance and value of deployed Gemini Use cases. Analyze adoption trends and identify improvement areas
+ Build & maintain a catalog of scalable and repeatable Gemini Use Cases to enhance sales processes and yield improvement.
+ Develop and implement best practices for utilizing Gemini to enhance sales processes.
+ Gather and analyze feedback from sales teams to inform product development and improvements.
+ Conduct training sessions and create documentation to ensure sales teams are proficient in using Gemini.
+ Work closely with sales teams to align Gemini capabilities with sales messaging and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
• Are able to work independently and collaboratively
• Can adapt to a fast-paced, high-demand work environment
• Have experience in Google Gemini and Google Tools.
• Have Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Have Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with AI and machine learning technologies is a plus.
