Sales Director Opening! About the Role We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Individual to lead our global growth initiatives. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving revenue, expanding market presence, and building a world-class commercial organization. Key Responsibilities + Lead Global Growth: Define and execute a bold sales strategy that delivers consistent revenue and margin growth across international markets. + Drive Commercial Excellence: Oversee pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and bid processes to ensure deals are both profitable and strategically aligned. + Expand Market Reach: Identify and penetrate new markets, channels, and customer segments to accelerate growth. + Build Strategic Relationships: Cultivate long-term partnerships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders. + Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, R&D, Finance, and Marketing to ensure seamless delivery of customer commitments. + Inspire & Lead: Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing global sales and commercial team with a customer-first mindset. What You Bring + Proven success in senior commercial leadership roles within manufacturing, engineering, or industrial B2B sectors. + Expertise in closing complex, high-value contracts with global clients. + Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making. + Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. + Experience leading diverse, high-performing teams across geographies. + Ability to operate at board level while staying close to customer needs.
