This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic healthcare environments, understands evolving payer needs, and is energized by building client partnerships and go-to-market strategies from the ground up. **What You’ll Be Responsible For:** + **Go-to-Market Strategy:** Build and execute a growth strategy targeting Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and other payer organizations, with an eye on evolving regulatory and market demands. + **Full-Cycle Sales:** Own the entire sales process — from targeted outreach and consultative conversations to proposal development and contract closure. + **Sales Operations:** Establish and refine scalable sales infrastructure including CRM workflows, reporting, and pipeline management. + **Team Leadership:** Support and mentor a small team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven sales culture. + **Solution Framing:** Translate service offerings into value-based conversations tied to regulatory compliance, data integrity, and performance outcomes. + **Advisory Role:** Act as a consultative partner to clients navigating complex healthcare changes and the adoption of tech-enabled services. **What We're Looking For:** + 10+ years in B2B sales, growth, or client development roles within the healthcare ecosystem — ideally with experience in payer services, compliance, or data-driven healthcare operations. + A strong network and understanding of how to navigate sales within payer, MSO, or provider settings. + Comfort with selling both traditional services and emerging technology-enabled offerings. + Proven track record of building sales engines and closing complex, high-value deals. + Ability to operate in a nimble, hands-on environment with a mix of remote and offshore collaboration. + Strategic thinker with the drive and adaptability to execute day-to-day. **Nice to Have:** + Exposure to medical records retrieval, risk adjustment auditing, or healthcare quality programs. + Experience engaging with provider groups, ACOs, MSOs, or other payer-aligned entities. + Familiarity with CRM or outreach platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools. **Why This Role Stands Out:** + Work closely with senior leadership and make a direct impact on company growth. + Opportunity to build and shape sales functions within a lean, entrepreneurial environment. + Be part of a mission-driven team working at the intersection of healthcare data, compliance, and technology.
