Sales Director, Specialized Solutions Group
The Sales Director SSG leads Sales and Retention, across direct and indirect channels for Sage’s North America SSG Portfolio. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead two strategic missions: Deliver growth and maximise retention to delivery high contribution margins.

You’ll shape sales strategies, lead the team and work cross-functionally to turn goals into revenue reality.


What You Bring:
• 8+ years of sales experience (B2B software sales preferred), including 3+ years in a team leadership or management role
• Experience working in a matrixed organization, with the ability to influence cross functional teams and align stakeholders at multiple levels
• Experience leading and scaling hybrid or distributed teams
• Strong understanding of direct and channel sales motions
• Experience in technology cross-sell/up-sell strategies
• Data-driven mindset with strong forecasting and analytical skills leveraging technology like Salesforce and Highspot
• Inspiring leadership and people development skills
• Flexibility to travel up to 20%

This role is hybrid, 3 days in office.
