Sales Development Specialist

Responsibilities  

Digital support area:

Continuously improve the B2B customers' digital journey by developing communication strategies and digital assets to enhance engagement and satisfactionDevelop & implement automated e-mail communication flows using Salesforce Engagement (Pardot) to target various objectives such as attracting new customers, preventing churn and increasing self-service usageCollaborate with the European and Baltics B2B commercial & marketing teams to launch different projects, products & toolsLocalize & translate material and communication to customers from English to Latvian

Public tenders’ area:

Monitor public procurement platforms for new tenders relevant to the company’s businessReview tender documentation and assess requirements, deadlines, and eligibility criteriaPrepare and submit tender documentation in accordance with Latvian public procurement lawsCoordinate with internal teams to gather necessary technical, financial, and legal documentation

Qualification & Experience

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, sales enablement or/and public tenders’ spheresUnderstanding of sales and marketing processes and how they mutually support each otherExperience in digital sales, including digital communication, sales pipeline management and digital KPI reportingAbility to work independently, manage tasks and priorities, demonstrate analytical skills, and understand interrelationships. Ability to work effectively in a team.Quick learner, able to adapt to evolving digital trendsStrong organizational skills and ability to work with deadlinesProficiency in MS Office and comfort with digital systemsFluent in English and Latvian(Advantage) Experience with CRM systems (especially Salesforce)(Advantage) Knowledge of Latvian Public Procurement Law
