About the Role As a Sales Development Representative Upsell Manager, you'll own the strategy, coaching, and daily operations of our current customer outbound SDR team. Reporting to the VP of Client Growth, you will turn data‑driven insights into repeatable processes that fuel pipeline growth for every industry we serve within our client base. What You Will Be Doing + Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of 8–12 SDRs; create career paths that retain top talent. + Set and exceed pipeline targets by designing outreach cadences that blend calls, texts, and emails. + Coach call recordings and role‑plays daily—honing objection‑handling, lead qualification, and ethical persuasion tactics. + Align tightly with Marketing on ICP refinement, account‑based plays, and event follow‑up. + Own SDR tech stack & reporting (Salesforce, Zoom, Revenue Accelerator, Slack, PowerBI and more) to surface actionable metrics and forecast accurately. + Iterate playbooks through A/B testing of scripts, sequences, and talk tracks for new product launches. + Partner with Account Managers to ensure clean hand‑offs that accelerate opportunities and improve win rates. + Champion a feedback culture—sharing market intel with Product and Customer Success. Skills & Qualification + 2‑4 years of SDR/BDR leadership in a B2B SaaS environment (managing ≥ 6 reps). + Proven track record of hitting monthly meetings‑set and pipeline‑generated goals. + Strong command of outbound frameworks and modern sales tools. + Data‑driven mindset—you love dashboards, cohort analysis, and experimenting to optimize conversion rates. + Inspirational coach who can role‑model high‑energy cold calling and teach with real‑time feedback. + Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to executives. + Nice‑to‑haves: experience selling into multi‑location SMBs, reputation‑management tech, or automotive verticals.
