Apply now * Required field. The Reserves Network is looking for a motivated, results-driven individual to join our sales team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). This is an entry-level, hunter-focused role ideal for someone eager to build a career in sales and business development. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and prospecting new business opportunities through outbound sales activity, qualifying potential clients, and securing sales appointments in support of branch revenue growth. In this role, you will partner closely with Branch Managers and Account Executives to develop a sales pipeline, advance opportunities, and support the successful closing of new business. This role offers a clearly defined development path into a full-cycle Account Executive position based on performance and demonstrated competencies. ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email outreach, and social networkingResearch target accounts and decision makers across all TRN service linesQualify potential new business based on defined criteria, including need, authority, timing, and fitSecure qualified sales appointments for Branch Managers and Account ExecutivesBuild and maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned with branch revenue goalsPartner with branch leadership to transition qualified opportunities and support deal progressionTrack and report sales activity accurately and consistently in HubSpotMeet or exceed activity, appointment, and pipeline metrics RequirementsComfort with high-volume outbound prospectingStrong verbal and written communication skillsExperience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)Energetic, self-starter with a competitive, results-driven mindsetStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to conduct yourself in a professional manner in all situationsTechnology savvy with the ability to navigate multiple sales tools and systems1–3 years of B2B sales, business development, or customer-facing experience preferredStaffing or workforce solutions industry experience preferredExperience with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar prospecting tools preferred Our pursuit of excellence means you’ll be encouraged to bring fresh ideas to the table.
