Sales Development Representative

Our client, the printing and packaging industry, is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be part of the sales department supporting business growth in the West Territory. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proactive prospecting abilities, and a results-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Sales Development Representative
**Location:** Alpharetta, GA, 5 days onsite
**Contract:** 24 months on W2
**What's the Job?**
+ Generate pipeline and drive net-new business opportunities within the West Territory.
+ Prospect and qualify new leads from converters and print service providers.
+ Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage potential clients.
+ Qualify inbound leads and schedule qualified meetings for Field Sales Representatives.
+ Support marketing campaigns, participate in events, and ensure territory coverage is comprehensive.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales or related field.
+ At least 3 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or B2B prospecting.
+ Excellent communication and prospecting skills.
+ Ability to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
+ Must work in-office, 5 days per week.
