Generate and qualify leads supporting the sale team using tools such as SalesForce, Outreach programs & ZoomInfo.Organize lead and prepare outreach from lead lists.Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and either live transfer or schedule meetings with sales representatives.Accessing appointments to sales team by engaging prospects via phone, email, and other communication platforms.Work closely with sales enablement to build relevant prospecting content and with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment with campaign objectives.Track and report key metrics related to lead qualification, outreach effectiveness, and appointment-setting success.Utilize CRM and sales tools to manage pipeline activity and ensure accurate data entry.JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED. Prefer associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications.3+ years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or a similar role.Proven track record of successfully qualifying leads and setting appointments.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement tools.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Leadership experience or a strong desire to take on a leadership role in a growing team.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
