Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator with experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles. Experience in construction, manufacturing, or related industries is a plus. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with office software and CRM systems, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing effectively. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional coursework or certification in business administration or related fields is preferred.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate, timely quotes for products and services based on customer requirements and established pricing guidelines.Collaborate with the sales team to ensure quotes reflect correct specifications, quantities, and pricing.Follow up with customers regarding pending quotes and address any questions or adjustments.Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and handling concerns professionally and efficiently.Maintain positive, ongoing relationships with customers to ensure needs are met and expectations exceeded.Process orders, monitor order status, and provide timely updates to customers.Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, directing inquiries as needed.Provide customers and potential clients with information about products, services, and order updates.Adhere to established sales processes to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling inquiries, processing orders, and managing customer relationships.Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate records and updating CRM systems.Support project management activities by tracking milestones, coordinating with internal teams, and helping ensure timely delivery of products.Essential SkillsStrong communication and organizational abilitiesProficiency with office software and CRM systemsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyUnderstanding of sales processes and basic project management principlesAdditional Skills & QualificationsFamiliarity with products and services in construction, manufacturing, or similar industriesCertifications in customer service or administrative supportHigh school diploma or equivalentAdditional coursework or certification in business administration or related fieldsWork Environment
The role involves prolonged periods of sitting, along with occasional bending and stretching. Sufficient eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity are required to operate office equipment such as a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, and calculator. The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is also necessary.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bismarck, ND.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
