Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors? As a Sales Coordinator, you'll be a key player in supporting our Director of Outreach & Sales to achieve and maintain full occupancy in our vibrant senior housing community in Edina, MN. You'll provide exceptional customer service to prospective residents and their families, guiding them through the decision-making process and ensuring a seamless transition into our community. This role is based primarily within our welcoming community, where you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a positive impact every day.

 

Schedule & Compensation:

80 hours per two weeks Day shift Weekends as needed

Key Responsibilities:

Implement the sales and marketing plan to achieve and maintain full occupancy.

Follow guidelines, update materials, understand trends.Schedule tours, pre-close sales, maintain databases and reports.Manages wait list 

Promote positive customer relations.

Provides guidance and resources to residents/tenants/families with their transition into and out of their home Guide transitions, maintain relationships, update records.Maintains database of contact records up-to-date Assists residents and their family members through the moving process 

Serve as a resource to senior residents/tenants and families seeking information.

Prepare materials, participate in lease signings, plan events.

Assume special projects as assigned.

 

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED required1 or more years of experience required, can be outside of Senior Living if it can show transferrable skillsMS Office, Excel, and Word 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or experience in advertising, marketing, public relations, communications, or a related major
