Sales Coordinator

Our client, a dynamic organization in the hospitality industry, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be part of the Sales Department supporting the Director of Sales and Marketing (DOSM) and Sales Managers. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Sales Coordinator
**Location:** New York, NY
**Pay Range:** $21-$25 per hour
**Shift:** Monday – Friday, typically 8:30am – 5pm
**What's the Job?**
+ Assist the DOSM and Sales Managers with administrative functions.
+ Prepare and organize contracts and reservations.
+ Input information into various systems efficiently.
+ Assign leads to the sales team members.
+ Support the sales team in various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
**What's Needed?**
+ Experience with Delphi and OnQ systems (Hilton PMS).
+ Strong administrative and organizational skills.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Prior experience in a sales support role is preferred.
