Responsibilities
Lead Conversion:
Conduct calls to potential clients based on leads provided Present and explain insurance products to clients, tailoring solutions to their needs. Generate quotes and follow up with clients to convert inquiries into sales. Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Address client queries promptly and professionally, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales in the CRM system. Compliance:
Ensure all sales activities comply with FSCA regulations, FAIS requirements, and internal policies. Stay updated on industry standards and changes to maintain compliance Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: RE5 & NQF 4 or 5 in Insurance / Banking / Wealth Management Location: candidates must live in Pretoria / Centurion area as offices are based in Pretoria. Salary and commission: training salary of R20 000 for the first three months and thereafter a basic of R12 000 per month plus commission. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a high-volume, target-driven insurance environment Experience in the insurance or financial services industry essential
