This role is responsible for the global business data and sales payments and will provide operational analytics support, reporting and account solutions to key business users. 
It will require working with the business stakeholders and Sales leadership. 
The Senior Analyst is responsible for analytics, data investigation & correction, dashboards, presentations, and support of the Global Sales and Sales Operations organizations. 
The incumbent will work with the business users and management to understand and fulfill their business/reporting information needs.

 


Responsibilities:
Provide support to users through data analysis and research of business processes. This analysis may identify gaps in business process and lead to efforts to improve those processesDevelop report specifications, data requirements and provide analysis to resolve business-related problems. Improve reporting processes whenever possibleResponsible for building standard and custom reportingAccount maintenanceData validationPerforms other operational duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience• Fluent level of English (written and verbal)

Preferred Work Experience (years):

2-5 years of applicable work experience; previous working experience as business operation or sales admin preferred 

Key Skills and Competencies:

Familiar with Office softwareMultiple working capability with positive working attitudeSerious and responsible work, fast learning abilityGood communication with internal sales and external partnersFamiliarity with Channel partner businessA self-starter with a passion for collaboration and problem-solving

 

Location:  Bógota , Colombia (hybrid  - 3 days a week minimim in office)
