You will work under the guidance of experienced sales professional or team of sales professionals in a training capacity. What you will do: + Interface with sales professionals, researchers, and clients regarding administrative and marketing requirements and gathers necessary data. + Assist in preparing various commercial real estate or ad hoc statistical reports for sales professionals and/or office/department. + Conduct database input, extraction, and maintenance, and access repository of information for data analysis, reports, etc. + Determine appropriate methodology in creating marketing and presentation materials; includes designing brochures, preparing tenant surveys or specialized reports, and developing property locator maps, etc. + May provide backup department administrative support as needed. + Other duties may be assigned. **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university with an emphasis in, but not limited to, Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing (Real Estate and Housing, Urban Planning, Statistics, etc.). + Prior customer service or sales experience is an asset, any experience the commercial real estate industry is preferred CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The base salary being offered for this position is $50,000.
