We are looking for a new Sales Assistant to join our Mobile eXperience Sales team!

Role and Responsibilities

Responsible for support in execution of the local Sales team in B&HThis person should carry out operational support towards local Key Account Managers for activities in order to support sales of Samsung products in accordance with agreed business plansMonitoring of sellout of all partners – creating reportsPSI reports – assisting KAMs in sell-in/sell-out planningCustomer budgets operational claiming - in assistance with KAMsCompetitors Sell-out and promo activities trackingSample ManagementChecking and translation of T&C for all kind of promo activities (national promotions, preorders, etc)Preorder trackingCommunication with agency - reportingDifferent kind of reports required by PL, MKT, HQ, management  etc.Shop visiting

Skills and Qualifications

University degree or last year of UniversityAt least 1 years of relevant work experience (fulltime or student job)Fluent in English, both written and spokenAdvanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent organization, coordination, and time-management skillsStrong analytical and strategic thinkerCross-cultural competence and good communication and collaboration skills necessaryDriven by continuous innovation
