Sales Assistant

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Sales Assistant team at Marsh. This role will be based in Urbandale. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by tracking client feedback, conducting research, and ensuring timely documentation of inquiries.

We will count on you to:

Track feedback from clients related to project satisfaction.Research and review preliminary data to support the sales forecasting process.Document internal inquiries and complete requests for information in a timely manner.Support the collection of information for sales campaign presentations.

What you need to have:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience in a sales support or administrative role.Familiarity with sales forecasting processes.Proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools.
