Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Assistant to join our team. This role involves understanding our full product offerings and managing customer orders accurately. You will work closely with manufacturing and shipping departments to ensure timely and complete order fulfillment, as well as respond to customer inquiries and drive sales increases.
Responsibilities
Understand and promote the full product line, driving incremental sales increases.Accurately process customer orders according to the company order entry process.Work directly with manufacturing and shipping to ensure orders are on time and complete.Respond to incoming customer inquiries promptly and courteously.Collaborate with the sales team to develop growth opportunities with new and existing customers.Assist the sales team with marketing tools available to customers, including website updates, literature, and displays.Create monthly sales reports by company and territory.Coordinate and participate in trade shows.Support the company's marketing efforts.Manage website updates.Provide assistance to the National Market Manager as needed.Essential Skills

Experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration, Customer Service, or Order Entry.Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft products.Attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.Self-motivated and a team player.Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, and Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. There is some flexibility around hours, but most team members work the standard 8-5.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
