Who we are looking for:

We are looking for an exceptional individual to become a Client Service and Relationship Manager in Institutional Services covering global custody business.

Why this role is important to us:

The team you will be joining is a part of Institutional Service Korea that provides global custody services to the local institutional clients. You will serve as the business contact for the various internal business and product team.  

What you will be responsible for:

As Client Service and Relationship Manager you will:

Manage all aspects of the client service team operatingEnsure sufficient client support for all services and product offeredReview process/procedure to mitigate operational risk and create efficiencyDevelop proper client service model to cater to client needsManage client's cash activity for Alternative Investment and in charge of various reportingVisit existing clients on a regular basis to understand client’s needs and build relationship with themAssist in handling client/prospect visit follow-up worksCoordinate and assist in senior level executives visits to clients for relationship building

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

University Bachelor’s degree qualificationSeeking candidate with at least 2 - 3 years of industry experience with a custodian, asset management firm, broker/dealer, fund administratorStrong Global Custody, Operations, and asset servicing experience, especially cash activity handlingStrong written and oral communication skillEffective problem solvingStrong English & Korean language fluencyClient’s office onsite staff program: We are also looking for a candidate who can work at client’s office (Jeonju-si) for certain period of timeThe veterans’ children are preferred.
