Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a Medical Insurance Sales Support Representative to join their team. As a Sales Support Representative, you will be part of the sales support department supporting Medicare Advantage and individual products teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, high comfort level on phones, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Sales and Member Services Representative
**Location:** Meridian, ID
**Pay Range:** $25/hour
**Shift:** Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with potential overtime during open enrollment; some hybrid work possible after training
**What's the Job?**
+ Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls supporting Medicare Advantage and other health insurance products
+ Assist members, brokers, and internal teams by providing information and routing calls appropriately
+ Input and maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and sales activities
+ Support sales initiatives and community outreach efforts related to health awareness
+ Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards during all interactions
**What's Needed?**
+ At least 2+ years of experience in health insurance, call centers, or related fields involving heavy phone work
+ Strong communication skills and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
+ Experience with health benefits, sales, or customer service preferred
+ Proficiency in computer and office skills for documentation and communication
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent work experience preferred
