WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Caring Transitions of Garland, Texas, is seeking a part-time Business Development Representative to help grow our referral network and generate qualified leads and appointments within a defined territory. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and phone communication skills, a passion for community engagement, and an authentic connection to our mission.

This role has the potential to become a full-time position within 6-12 months, or sooner, based on performance and business growth.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE PERFORMED (BUT NOT LIMITED TO)
 

Experience in the senior services community, such as assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing, is preferred, but not necessaryIdentify and develop new referral sources in the Garland AreaReliable transportation and a valid driver's license are requiredActively contact and follow up with leads by phone, email, and in-person meetings, local daytime travel requiredBuild and maintain trusted relationships with community partners such as assisted living facilities, memory care facilities, real estate professionals, and family-law or estate attorneys, or any other referral partners that are relevant to the industryCollaborate with the owner to develop and implement local growth strategies and quarterly sales objectivesUtilize branded materials, social media tools, training content, and email campaigns to promote services and increase brand awarenessParticipate in webinars, networking events, and community outreach to stay visible in the marketProvide regular activity reports and performance updates

REQUIREMENTS
 High school diploma (college degree preferred)Reliable transportation and a valid driver's licenseAble to work 15-20 hours a week with flexible schedulingMust pass a pre-employment background check
