Job Title: Sales and Export Coordinator

Job Description

The Sales and Export Coordinator will support the parts department by taking customer orders, researching the necessary components, processing requests, and coordinating shipment schedules. This role also involves analyzing component usage and proactively selling parts to ensure they are replaced before failure.

ResponsibilitiesQuote and process parts orders, quotation requests, and purchase orders from receipt to shipment for existing domestic and international customers.Collaborate closely with manufacturing, engineering, and service teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.Contact customers to follow up on orders, coordinate timing through tracking shipments, and verify packing lists.Analyze parts usage history to proactively sell parts and ensure correct stock levels for future sales.Work closely with accounting and global service personnel to ensure timely project closure, process warranty parts, review service reports, and maintain an updated schedule of ongoing service orders.Lead and coordinate ad hoc projects as needed to streamline global sales team operations.Provide necessary export documentation including commercial invoices, certificates of origin, and letter of credit documentation for international orders.Essential SkillsAt least 1 years of related experience in a customer-facing role.Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities.ERP experience is required.Tact and good judgment in speaking with customers.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience working with freight forwarding companies is a plus.Familiarity with industry-standard export documentation and terminology such as Sched B/HTS lookups, Incoterms, AES filings, CCL/ECCN, consolidated screening list, SLIs, and HS Codes.Experience with letters of credit and other financial documentation used in international trade is a plus.Experience with export auditing or drafting ECMP materials is a plus.College degree is a plus.Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus, though all language skills are welcome.1 year of experience in purchasing is preferred.1 year of experience with ERP/MRP systems is preferred.Work Environment

This position is fully onsite in Garner, NC M-F.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $54000.00 - $54000.00/yr.
