Your primary focus will be on improving the sales performance of the organization by identifying trends, forecasting sales, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth. Your Impact Sales Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Reporting: Create and maintain regular sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management and the sales team. Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts by analyzing historical data and market trends to predict future sales outcomes. Sales Performance Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of sales strategies, monitor KPIs, and suggest ways to improve sales processes and outcomes. Market Research: Conduct competitive and market analysis to support strategic decision-making. Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to provide insights into customer preferences, product performance, and market demands. Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements in sales strategies, processes, and tools to enhance team productivity and efficiency. Presentation of Findings: Present data-driven insights to sales leadership and other stakeholders in a clear and actionable format Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role in a sales-driven environment (typically 2-3 years). Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and extract meaningful insights. Tools & Software: Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Experience with SQL is a plus. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges, provide data-driven solutions, and continuously improve sales strategies. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
