Sales Analyst

We are now looking for a high-energy, analytical Sales Analyst to join our APAC Sales Operations organization. In this role, you will act as the strategic backbone for some of the world’s most significant technology accounts. As a Sales Analyst, you are the critical link between our strategic customers and our internal engines (Finance, Operations, Product, etc.). You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of sales operations, from demand forecasting and "waterfall" trend analysis to supply-commit management and revenue optimization.

What you’ll be doing:

Partner with sales account management teams for the assigned strategic accounts in all aspects of customer support.

Function as a key player in coordinating with customers and account managers on demand forecast generation, order fulfillment, and supply contribute management.

Assist account management teams through full sales cycles with activities including special pricing and deal tracking, rebate, EOL terms, and revenue management.

Work with various NVIDIA internal partners (Operations, Finance, Credit, Sales Management and Product Group) to drive continuity of supply and process improvement.

Build and maintain metrics of customer forecast and fulfillment including historical data analysis, waterfall analysis, trending analysis and etc.

Participate in the development and improvement of regional Sales Operations processes to streamline workflows.

Take the lead in performing daily sales administration and operations tasks including customer demand fulfillment, leading customer level supply commits, coordinating hub supply, etc.

What we need to see:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years of sales operations–related experience, preferably in semiconductors or Global Trade Operations.

Proficient in English (written and verbal) with strong communication skills, able to support demanding customers optimally.

Strong analytical capabilities in revenue reporting and sales/financial analysis, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Highly diligent and well‑organized, capable of leading multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Collaborative and dedicated, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work closely with sales and cross‑functional teams.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

SAP experience is a plus.

Sophisticated data management skills (Tableau / Power BI /Excel VBA … etc.) and related productivity tools will be a plus.
