You will develop professional relationships with our customers and optimize base sales, NPD & promotions. You will ensure great visibility in retailers and delivery of sales capabilities. Your drive will lead you to deliver the field KPI's and hit your annual objectives

**What you need to know about this position:**
The Sales Advisor for the Traditional Channel is responsible for managing and growing sales in assigned territories through direct interaction with traditional trade clients, including wholesalers, independent retailers, convenience stores, and small-scale distributors. This role ensures the achievement of sales targets, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company policies, while identifying growth opportunities within the market.

+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the traditional trade channel.
+ Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
+ Execute commercial plans, promotions, and product launches according to company guidelines.
+ Monitor inventory levels, product visibility, and compliance with merchandising standards at point of sale.
+ Negotiate terms, pricing, and placement to maximize product penetration.
+ Identify new business opportunities and potential accounts within the territory.
+ Collect and analyze market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback to propose actions.
+ Ensure timely collection of payments according to company credit policies.
+ Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts.
**Job specific requirements:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
+ Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in traditional trade, preferably in FMCG.
+ Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
+ Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
