WHAT YOU’LL DO
We are currently seeking Sales Advisors for our H&M Beauty department who are passionate and knowledgeable about Beauty to serve as Brand Ambassadors and help us achieve our goals. As a Sales Advisor, you are employed in the H&M store itself, and some shifts in other departments should therefore be expected. Your role will involve delivering exceptional customer service, providing expertise across all beauty axes (makeup, skincare, and fragrance). Together with a great team, you will contribute to the sales and profit of the store.

You will:

Share your beauty product knowledge to help customers make informed choices.Collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional service at every step of the customer journey.Ensure the sales floor and back of house are well-stocked, organized, and inviting.Support with opening and closing of the store.Represent yourself and the brand positively during all customer interactions.

Preferable 1-year working experience with Beauty/Make-up products

We are now hiring for positions on 9,5 & 30 hours a week for our new Beauty Department in H&M Galleriet in Bergen. Start for August / up on agreement. You should be able to work during store opening hours. Language skills in local language or English is needed.

* Store roles assessment:
