Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Sales Advisor with key responsibility and a strong interest in Visual Merchandising.
As a Key Holder, you support the management team by leading with purpose and helping create a welcoming, inspiring store environment. You take ownership of daily operations and energise the team to deliver exceptional service and a seamless customer experience.
As a Visual Merchandiser Trainee, you bring a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling. You support the Visual Merchandiser a few days a week, contributing to accessory placement and in-store presentation while continuing to grow your skills on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering an excellent customer experience through expert styling advice, good product knowledge, and an engaging store environment Taking responsibility for store opening and closing procedures, while providing support to the wider management team as needed Interpreting sales data and collaborating with store leadership to optimize the commercial performance of the store Leading and inspiring a team of sales assistants to consistently uphold exceptional service standardsOverseeing day-to-day store operations such as delivery, replenishment and shop floor cover to ensure efficiency, compliance, and excellence Acting as a brand ambassador, embodying the company’s values and ensuring every customer interaction is memorable and meaningful QualificationsCustomer-focused – you take time to understand our customers and deliver service that meets and exceeds their expectationsProactive – you contribute to a memorable store experience through both customer interaction and visual supportCurious – you seek opportunities to improve daily routines and are eager to learn more about visual merchandising principlesCollaborative – you work closely with the Visual Merchandiser and store team, supporting accessory placement and in-store organizationCommunicative & open-minded – you share ideas, listen actively, and contribute to a positive team atmosphereFashion-conscious – you have a strong interest in fashion, trends, and visual storytellingGenuine & honest – you bring authenticity to your interactions with customers and colleaguesAdaptable & willing to learn – you embrace feedback and are excited to grow in both sales and visual responsibilitiesInclusive & supportive – you value teamwork and contribute to a respectful and welcoming environmentAdditional InformationThis is a part-time position, offering 30 hours a week, starting in October 2025.
