As Sales Advisor at Singular Society you will be the face of our brand, delivering an exceptional store experience and superb service to all our visitors. You will play a key role in driving sales, recruit members, building long-term relationships, maintaining the highest standards of visual presentation and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities​

Deliver a personalized and superb serviceProactively engage with customers to understand their needs and drive sales through expert product knowledge and storytellingRetain and recruit members as Singular Society ambassadors as a part of the daily workRepresent the brand with professionalism and passion, maintaining a deep understanding of our products, brand loyalty, and valuesEnsure the store is impeccably presented at all times, following our Service standards and Visual guidelinesWork closely with colleagues to achieve store targets, support new initiatives, and foster a positive, inclusive team cultureSupport daily store operations including stock management, replenishment, and adherence to our company policies and proceduresBe a role model by living our values
