Job DescriptionJoin a dynamic team as a Sales Administrative Support professional, where you'll provide vital administrative assistance to the sales team, ensuring efficient communication and accurate processing of sales documents. This role is instrumental in improving internal coordination and freeing up time for the sales team to focus on driving revenue. You will serve as a liaison between departments and support customer satisfaction by managing follow-ups and document tracking. It’s an opportunity to be at the heart of sales operations in a structured yet supportive environment.
Responsibilities:· Process order intake documents with accuracy and timeliness
· Prepare presentations for management and customer meetings
· Report inventory or service issues to the appropriate departments
· Set appointments for meetings with team members, clients, and prospects
· Coordinate with internal departments for smooth sales operations
· Conduct customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and resolve procedural queries
Qualifications and Requirements:· High school diploma or higher; open to recent graduates
· Financial background is a strong plus
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· Customer service mindset and commercial awareness
· Fluent in English (verbal and written); other languages a plus
