We have an immediate need for a Sales Administrative Co-ordinator professional to join our Capture Management Team. In this role, you will provide administrative and organizational support to the Capture Management Team, helping ensure day-to-day activities run smoothly. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, engage with experienced professionals, and contribute to the successful execution of capture activities that support Raytheon ELCAN’s growth.
What You Will Do:
Provide backup support for order entry to ensure continuity and timely processing of customer orders.Coordinate weekly capture gate reviews, including scheduling, meeting logistics, preparation of materials, and communications with leadership.Create, track, and maintain RFQs and opportunities within PLM and CRM systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation.Drive internal RFQ approval workflows by actively following up with cross-functional teams and leadership to meet required deadlines.Track inbound RFQs, confirm receipt with customers as directed, and maintain accurate records of customer deadlines, extensions, and points of contact.Maintain ownership of site-level CRM data, including opportunity status, RFQ outcomes (Won/Lost/No Bid), and close-out rationale.Document bi-weekly capture team meetings, distribute meeting notes and action items, and support timely completion of follow-ups.Monitor capture team training and compliance requirements, following up on overdue items as needed to support readiness and audit requirements.What You Will Learn:
Hands-on experience supporting a capture management and RFQ process within a cross-functional manufacturing environment.Exposure to proposal development workflows, internal approval gates, and leadership decision-making processes.Practical experience working with PLM and CRM systems to manage opportunities, customer data, and RFQ lifecycles.An understanding of customer engagement processes, including RFQ intake, tracking, and communication best practices.Insight into compliance, training tracking, and documentation requirements within a regulated or structured business environment.Qualifications You Must Have:
HS Diploma or post-secondary education in business, administration, or a related field with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experienceProven experience in an administrative, operations, or coordination role supporting cross-functional teams.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and approval workflows independently.Experience working with business systems such as CRM, PLM, ERP, or similar enterprise tools and Microsoft office suite applications.High attention to detail and data accuracy, with confidence owning records, documentation, and follow-up.Clear written and verbal communication skills, including professional interaction with internal stakeholders and leadership.Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience supporting sales, capture, business development, or project teams in a structured environment.Familiarity with RFQ, opportunity management, or gated review processes.Experience tracking approvals, actions, and compliance or training requirements.Comfort working in a regulated, manufacturing, or technical environment.Ability to anticipate needs, identify gaps, and proactively resolve issues without close supervisionWhat We Offer:

The salary range for this role is 47,000 CAD - 84,000 CAD . The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
