Sales Administrative Assistant
Job Title: Sales Administrative Assistant Job Description We are seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to manage inbound leads and provide essential support to our operations manager, focusing on both sales and administrative tasks within the construction industry. Our company is in a growth phase, offering opportunities to evolve into areas such as project management, design, and sales. Responsibilities + Manage an average of 15 inbound leads daily, utilizing calls, emails, and texts to set meetings for the showroom or with the sales manager. + Follow up with individuals who did not book appointments previously to secure future meetings. + Provide administrative support to the operations manager, including pulling permits, ordering supplies, and contacting vendors for construction projects. + Support proposal and marketing efforts to enhance business development. + Greet guests in the showroom, offering snacks and beverages, and provide tours of the showroom. Essential Skills + Proven customer service skills. + Experience in sales, sales support, and sales administration. + Bachelor's degree required. + 3-5 years of experience in sales or administrative assistance within the construction industry. + Sales-oriented personality with a proactive approach. Work Environment This is an onsite position with working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
