Required Qualifications

Education

High school diploma or equivalen

Experience

2+ years in sales or customer service

Skills & Abilities

Strong English communication skillsAbility to prioritize, organize, and multitaskSales skills like analysis, objection handling, pitching, and closingAbility to work while seated for prolonged periods of time and work independently in a group environment.Customer complaint resolution while managing back-to-back callsProficiency with computers and software applicationsKnowledge of office procedures, policies, and troubleshooting
