The Role
We are looking for an ambitious Sales Account Executive, Travel Retail to join our fabulous Travel Retail team in Hong Kong. You’ll be responsible for nurturing and establishing strategic partnerships with our retailers as well as supporting the Travel Retail Manager to effortlessly bring the Tilbury magic to life in store. This position plays a critical role in liaising with retailers to drive financial results, build strong customer relationships, enhance and expand our presence in the competitive market and beyond.
You’ll have a limitless mindset and proven experience working in a Key Accounts function who is looking for a challenge, highly numerate, target-driven, commercially savvy, and passionate about working in the beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.Oversee daily sales operations including order tracking, inventory allocation, and delivery coordination.Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and maximise market potential.Work closely with marketing, PR, and VM teams to plan for new product launch and organise impactful promotional activities and campaigns.Address and resolve partner inquiries across markets in a timely and professional manner.Collaborate closely with Supply Chain to ensure proactive inventory and assortment managementReporting & Analysis
Consolidate and analyse sales data from partners to support performance tracking and decision-making.Analyse product sales performance and provide strategic recommendations on assortment and forecasting.Share market insights, category trends, and store-level performance to identify growth opportunities.Monitor retail dynamics and provide actionable recommendations to manager to stay ahead of trends.Reporting Relationships

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.At least 3+ years of experience as an account executive or in business development within travel retail or wholesale.Enthusiastic, hardworking, focused, confident, ability to work independently, team player, motivated, organised, positive, adaptable, ability to influence, strong communicatorComfortable working with ambiguity, in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environmentStrong sales data & market insight analysis skills (Data or Excel)A great attention to detail and good at the numbersExcellent negotiation, communication, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is highly preferred.
