About the Role
We are hiring immediately for a full-time Salad Station Lead to join our campus dining team. This role involves overseeing the student-facing salad station, preparing fresh ingredients, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer service. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a station independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and present fresh salads and toppings according to menu and dietary guidelinesMaintain cleanliness and sanitation of the salad station, equipment, and prep areasEngage with students and staff in a courteous and professional mannerMonitor inventory and coordinate restocking of ingredients and suppliesEnsure food quality, portion control, and adherence to food safety standardsSupport and guide support staff during service as neededQualificationsPrevious experience in food service or salad preparation preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work independently and maintain a professional demeanorKnowledge of food safety and sanitation practicesFlexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekendsWhy Join Us?Free shift meals, coffee, uniforms, and parkingEasy access to public transportation routesTraining opportunities and career growthWork EnvironmentThis position operates in a high-volume campus dining facility. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
