Job Title: Safety ManagerJob Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Safety Manager to ensure the highest standards of safety at our construction site. The ideal candidate will possess strong client-facing skills and have a polished professional demeanor.
Responsibilities
+ Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards on the construction site.
+ Conduct regular safety training sessions for site personnel.
+ Collaborate with clients to address safety concerns and implement solutions.
+ Maintain and enforce safety policies and procedures.
+ Perform safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards.
Essential Skills
+ OSHA 30 certification is required.
+ CHST certification is required.
+ Experience in construction safety management.
+ Strong communication and client interaction skills.
+ Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety training.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ OSHA 500 certification is preferred.
+ Experience working in a high-paced construction environment.
Work Environment
The work environment is a dynamic construction site where safety is of utmost importance. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and effective communication with clients and construction personnel. Proper safety attire must be worn at all times.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Richmond, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
